小商品城(600415.SH)擬向國深商博提供不超20億元財務資助
格隆匯3月30日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈,公司參股子公司義烏國深商博置業有限公司(以下簡稱“國深商博”)於近日競得永康市江南山水新城B13-16A地塊,為滿足國深商博的項目開發需要,公司擬向國深商博提供總額不超過20億元的財務資助。國深商博的控股股東深圳市國深房地產開發有限公司(以下簡稱“國深地產”)將按照其持有的國深商博的股權比例向其提供同比例財務資助。
