早已盈警料全年纯利跌45%-60%的首创置业昨天收市後公布,受累於投资收益急降,去年纯利按年跌近54%至9.86亿人民币(下同),每股盈利1分,不派末期息,为2003年6月上市以来首次不派末期息。期内,总营收按年升2.2%至212.48亿元。
