格隆汇3月30日丨周大生(002867.SZ)披露2020年年度报告，报告期内，公司实现营业收入50.84亿元，同比下降6.53%，在一季度受新冠疫情影响大幅下降的情况下，公司经营业务自疫情趋缓后逐步恢复常态，其中：2020年下半年实现营业收入34.11亿元，较上年同期增长11.84%；实现营业利润13.09亿元，同比增长4.09%，实现归属上市公司的净利润10.13亿元，同比增长2.21%，主要由于公司收入结构变化、盈利水平提升等因素影响所致；年报推10转5派现金红利6元(含税)。
报告期，新冠疫情对珠宝首饰行业影响明显，公司自营及加盟渠道的线下门店销售业务同比均有所下降，对以一二线城市百货商场门店为主的自营门店销售影响尤为明显，同时，消费者行为习惯的变化也使得电商业务的得以快速发展，疫情因素在一定程度上促进了收入结构的改变。报告期，加盟业务营业收入32.02亿元，同比下降11.56%；自营线下业务营业收入7.2亿元，同比下降34.26%；自营线上(电商)业务营业收入9.71亿元，继续保持较快增长，同比增长93.9%。以产品类别划分，受益于金价上涨及电商销售增长因素，报告期素金类产品营业收入16.75亿元，同比增长5.7%，疫情因素对镶嵌产品门店销售冲击较为明显，报告期镶嵌类产品营业收入22.09亿元，同比下降26.35%。
报告期末公司资产总额66.56亿元，较报告期初增长12.39%，主要由于经营业绩增长使得货币资金等流动性资产增加所致；负债总额12.66亿元，较报告期初下降7.37%，归属于母公司的股东权益总额53.86亿元，较报告期初增长14.34%，报告期末资产负债率为19.01%，流动比率为3.84，加权平均净资产收益为20.15%，公司资产结构持续优化，盈利能力持续稳定，经营资金充足，流动性较强，财务状况整体良好。
