雙星新材(002585.SZ)2020年淨利大增315.33%至7.21億元 擬10派2元
格隆匯3月29日丨雙星新材(002585.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入50.61億元，同比增長13.17%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤7.21億元，同比增長315.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.24億元，同比增長365.95%；基本每股收益0.623元，年報推10派現金紅利2元(含税)。
公司的各生產線均為國外進口，設備先進、工藝領先，為了保持設備的穩定、高效運行，公司提前規劃、分佈實施，預先做好各生產線的維護保養。因此，在整個行業需求快速增長的情況下，公司各個生產線均能保持高速穩定運行，去年整個行業的平均開工率為78%，公司的產能利用率達到了91.8%，產品良率超過了95%，大幅領先行業平均水平，使得公司的毛利率大幅提升。
目前公司的“五大板塊”已實現連續多年銷售同比增長40%，其中：光學膜片板塊成為服務“三星VD”全球六個生產基地唯一一家戰略合作供應商；信息材料佔全球同一產品市場份額達50%，節能窗膜板塊“星膜範”系列智能膜材暢銷國內外，國內佔比超過40%，實現國產品牌進口替代，形成較強的品牌優勢；國際利用電子商務平台，推進全球市場佈局，市場佔比不斷加大，競爭能力大幅提升。
公司通過“五大板塊”繼續優化，新產品佔比不斷提升，2020年公司光學材料實現銷售收入16.06億元，佔比增至31.73%，毛利率達到23.44%；新能源材料實現銷售收入7.07億元，佔比增至13.97%，毛利率達到24.24%；可變信息材料毛利率超過40%；新材料的五大板塊實現效益佔比超過60%。未來公司的光學膜等高功能聚酯薄膜產品的佔比將持續提升。通過不斷優化產品結構，深入實施深度經營、增銷增效，圍繞重點領域、重點大户和特色區域市場持續拉動，2020年公司銷量同比增長15%。同時積極利用市場資源加速外貿“走出去”，拓寬銷售渠道，通過交流展會、技術推介會、專業展覽會，進一步抓實品牌宣傳，多元化市場開拓，海外重點市場快速增長。
