格隆匯3月29日丨廣發證券(000776.SZ)披露2020年度報吿，報吿期內，集團營業收入為291.53億元，同比增加27.81%；營業支出155.25億元，同比增加28.20%；業務及管理費為127.44億元，同比增加35.67%；營業利潤為136.28億元，同比增加27.37%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為100.38億元，同比增加33.15%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為92.74億元，同比增加30.53%；基本每股收益0.96元，年報推10派現金紅利4.5元(含税)。
2020年，公司不斷完善投行業務內部控制體系，提升項目管控力度，嚴控項目風險；持續優化投行業務運作機制，發揮平台優勢，加強客户培育，夯實業務發展。報吿期內，公司完成IPO主承銷家數8家，IPO主承銷金額43.94億元。
報吿期內，公司持續加強內部管理，提升債券項目質量控制和後續督導管理水平，穩妥處置信用風險事件，着力建設人才隊伍，加強客户維護和服務。2020年，公司主承銷發行債券104期，主承銷金額734.90億元。
2020年，公司繼續深化科技金融模式，不斷提升科技金融水平，取得了良好成績。截至報吿期末，公司手機證券用户數超過3,200萬，較上年末增長約18%；微信平台的關注用户數達311萬；報吿期內易淘金電商平台的金融產品銷售和轉讓金額達3,720億元。2020年1-12月，公司股票基金成交量17.34萬億(雙邊統計)，同比增長56.59%。
2020年，公司持續推進融資融券業務的精細化管理，依託客户分層服務體系，為不同類型客户提供優質、高效、有價值的差異化融資融券服務。截至2020年12月末，公司融資融券業務期末餘額為843.10億元，較2019年末上升68.61%，市場佔有率5.21%。
