中国科培(01890.HK)拟斥近2亿人币增持淮北科培55%股权
中国科培(01890.HK)公布,於3月29日订立股权转让协议,计划进一步收购淮北科培55%的股权,代价为1.97亿元人民币。收购事项完成後,公司将持有淮北科培100%的股权。
淮北科培已完成建设新校区,总占地面积约为33.8万平方米及总建筑面积约为19.46万平方米。待教育部批准转设後,淮北科培将为淮北理工学院的唯一举办者,该学院预期自2021学年起招收其入学新生。
公司认为,透过收购事项,集团将能够进一步提升其在中国长江三角洲的市场地位,从而使集团旗下学校产生最佳协同效应。
