信達生物(01801.HK)公佈2020年度業績：營收大增266.9%，研發開支增至18.52億元
格隆匯 3 月 29日丨信達生物(01801.HK)公佈年度業績，按國際財務報吿準則計量，截至2020年12月31日止年度，總收入為人民幣38.438億元，較截至2019年12月31日止年度的人民幣10.475億元增加266.9%。截至2020年12月31日止年度的產品收入達人民幣23.675億元，較上一年度的人民幣10.159億元增長133.0%，主要由公司主導產品達伯舒®(信迪利單抗注射液)的強勁同比增長，及三項新獲批准的抗體藥物於2020年下半年所貢獻的收入帶動。截至2020年12月31日止年度，授權費及服務收入(包括來自公司合作或授權安排的首付款及里程碑款項)為人民幣14.763億元，截至2019年12月31日止年度則為人民幣3160萬元，其亦使報吿期內總收入的增長更為強勁。
截至2020年12月31日止年度，產品銷售的毛利率為83.6%，較截至2019年12月31日止年度的87.7%微幅下降，主要由於國家醫保藥品目錄("NRDL")降低達伯舒®(信迪利單抗注射液)的實際價格，惟其部分由產品數量的大幅增加及生產效率顯著提高所抵銷。截至2020年12月31日止年度的產品銷售毛利率較截至2020年上半年的79.9%增加3.7%，主要由於達伯舒®(信迪利單抗注射液)的生產線於2020年第四季度自規模較小的一次性生物反應器轉移至大型不鏽鋼生物反應器。
研發開支由截至2019年12月31日止年度的人民幣12.947億元增加人民幣5.568億元至截至2020年12月31日止年度的人民幣18.515億元。穩定上升的研發開支主要用於公司全球在研產品中處於後期開發階段的產品及優先發展產品之進行中臨牀試驗，亦用於擴展公司的合作及授權計劃，以進一步提升公司的全面研發能力。
截至2020年12月31日止年度的銷售及市場推廣開支為人民幣13.409億元或總收入的34.9%或產品收入的56.6%，上一年度則為人民幣6.925億元或總收入的66.1%或產品收入的68.2%。該計劃中的開支增加乃主要由於達伯舒®(信迪利單抗注射液)、達攸同®(貝伐珠單抗生物類似藥)、蘇立信®(阿達木單抗生物類似藥)及達伯華®(利妥昔單抗生物類似藥)的商業化活動更加廣泛。公司的銷售及市場推廣團隊亦由2019年12月31日的688名僱員擴增至於2020年12月31日的1,284名僱員。銷售及市場推廣開支比率降低，乃由於效率提升以及快速增長對收入帶來的有利影響。
截至2020年12月31日止年度的融資活動所得現金淨額為人民幣49.121億元，主要來自公司於2020年2月及2020年7月成功進行配售產生的所得款項。截至2020年12月31日，公司手頭擁有現金約12.446億美元。
