榮陽實業(02078.HK)全年實現純利9.21億港元
格隆匯 3 月 29日丨榮陽實業(02078.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度全年業績公吿,實現收益約為18.18億港元,同比增長5.8%;公司擁有人應占溢利約為9.21億港元,包括有關出售增城土地的一次性收益17.42億港元以及一次性開支2.13億港元,而上年度則錄得虧損約4.96億港元;每股基本盈利為76.8港仙。
報吿期內,錄得股東應占除税後淨溢利9.21億港元,實現轉虧為盈。其主要是由於在本年度內就出售增城土地使用權的所得款項淨額錄得非經常性收益所致,部分亦是由毛利貢獻有所增加及經營相關行政開支有所減少。
