澳能建設(01183.HK)公佈年度業績 收入上升41.8% 在手未完成合約大增82.2%
格隆匯3月29日丨澳能建設(01183.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日年度，公司收入7.07億澳門元，同比上升41.8%；毛利8740萬澳門元，期間溢利達5092萬澳門元，建議末期股息每股3.0港仙。此外，建議按公司股東每持有兩股現有股份獲發一股新股的方式發行紅股以表彰股東對公司的持續支持。
期間公司資本負債比率為零（2019年：零），並無銀行借款（2019年：無）。於2020年公司購回534萬股股份，公司或會於2021年財政年度進一步實施股份回購。
收益增加主要乃歸因於建設與裝修工程及機電工程服務工程的收益分別增加9780萬澳門元及1.53億澳門元（2019年：無）。建設與裝修工程收益增加主要乃由於各種大型建設與裝修工程項目在建工程量較大。有關澳門路氹的新建酒店綜合樓第二期開發以及位於馬統領巷的新建酒店建築工程分別產生2.9億澳門元及6530萬澳門元的收益。
業務方面，集團配合客户需要施工，多項重要工程進度理想。由於集團的建築團隊主要來自澳門及受疫情影響相對較小的內地省市，除了因物流延遲而導致供應鏈受影響外，新冠肺炎疫情對工程進度的影響有限。在手未完成合約價值總額為12.78億澳門元，增長82.2%。
公司表示，澳門的電動車輛總數由2019年全年的685輛，上升64.4%至2020年前9個月約1,126輛。隨着電動汽車的數量不斷增加，相信市場對電動汽車充電設施的需求必然上升。而集團所提供的電動汽車充電及計費解決方案，定必能令集團充分捕捉電動車市場發展機遇，搶先增加市場份額。
於2020年12月31日，集團在手未完成合約價值總額達13億澳門元，而集團在2021年初中標一項建設及裝修工程項目，負責為一座新建酒店綜合大樓安裝水上樂園滑梯，授標價值逾4400萬澳門元，集團2021年第一季在手未完成的合約價值總額超過13.4億澳門元，反映公司訂單量充足。儘管環球經濟未見明朗，但隨着多項新工程包括澳門新街坊的開展，加上新填海區工程即將啟動，興建學校及公營房屋計劃，集團將積極把握機遇，加強人才培訓，爭取參與各項大型發展建設項目。在鞏固現有的業務同時拓展新業務，增加市場份額，為股東們創造更好投資價值及回報。
