億晶光電(600537.SH):擬204.80萬元出售昌吉億晶100%股權
格隆匯3月29日丨億晶光電(600537.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司常州億晶光電科技有限公司擬將其持有的全資子公司昌吉億晶光伏科技有限公司的100%股權以人民幣204.80萬元的價格轉讓給北京聯合榮邦新能源科技有限公司。
公司表示,公司目前正處於加速擴張產能的發展階段,公司目前正在投資建設的3GW電池和2GW組件項目,合計需要15億元的投資資金,同時隨着公司產能規模和銷售規模的穩步提升,公司的流動資金需求較往期大幅增加,公司目前支付昌吉項目工程款存在一定的流動性困難(昌吉200MW光伏電站項目總投資金額7.95億元,由江西電建全額墊資建設)。
此外,昌吉項目遠在新疆,公司經營管理難度較大,後期也將會增加公司的運營成本。出售資產可以最大限度發揮資產價值,補充公司流動資金,提高資金使用效率,改善運營質量。
