東軟教育(09616.HK)公佈年度業績 經調整純利增長41.3% 繼續教育服務收入大增62.8%
格隆匯3月29日丨東軟教育(09616.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入11億元人民幣，同比增長14.8%；毛利4.21億元，同比增長30.4%；公司擁有人應占經調整純利2.26億元，同比增長41.3%；每股盈利0.14元，末期股息每股2.7港仙。
期間全日制學歷高等教育服務收入增加9.3%；繼續教育服務收入增加62.8%至1.24億元，該增加主要由於公司大力開展面向個體客户的技能培訓；教育資源收入增加168.1%至人民幣9250萬元，該增加主要由於公司大力拓展專業共建與產業學院等教育資源輸出業務。
截止2020年12月31日，公司的三所大學共有39,242名在校學生，其中大連學院15,514名學生，成都學院13,114名學生以及廣東學院10,614名學生，較2019年12月31日在校學生人數上升10.87%，辦學規模再創歷史新高，內生增長勢頭強勁。
三所大學於2020/2021學年的新生報到人數達12,753人，較2019/2020學年的10,137人增長約26%，三所大學本專科平均報到率達到90%；2020/2021學年，就普通本科理工類、文史類錄取分數而言，大連學院理科、文科最低錄取分數線分別高於遼寧省本科控制線的59分和32分，成都學院理科、文科最低錄取分數線分別高於四川省本科控制線的18分和14分，廣東學院理科、文科最低錄取分數線分別高於廣東省本科控制線的32分和22分。
截至2020年12月31日，公司三所大學學歷繼續教育業務在校生人數達6,849人，較2019年12月31日在校生人數上升25.53%，業務規模持續擴大。2020年，公司開設21個本科專業、17個專科專業，IT相關專業佔比71.1%。
此外，2020年，公司榮獲多項成果：新增3個專業獲批2020年度省級一流本科專業建設點，累計獲批專業數量已達到6個；6門課程入選2020年省級一流本科課程，獲認定數量居四川省民辦高校第一名；入選四川省首批特色化示範性軟件學院（四川省內5所入選高校中唯一民辦高校）；順利通過普通高等學校本科教學工作合格評估；SOVO眾創空間被科技部火炬中心認定為國家級眾創空間（四川省內首家民辦高校），至此東軟三所大學SOVO均獲此資質；榮獲中國教育在線“2020年度院校品牌影響力獎”。
公司表示，公司將以獲批的4個國家級、18個省級一流本科專業建設點、56門一流本科課程為支撐，持續提升專業下的課程、項目、活動、實驗室、畢業設計、雙創等環節的建設質量，把公司的三所大學打造成IT示範校、品牌校。此外，公司面向IT+健康醫療科技領域將增設更多產業需求旺盛的新專業，申請更多學額，進一步鞏固公司在此領域的領導者地位。
