達利食品(03799.HK)公佈年度業績 純利達38.49億元 將加快美焙辰規模化佈局
格隆匯3月29日丨達利食品(03799.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司實現收益達209.62億元人民幣,毛利82.4億元;期間純利38.49億元,同比增長0.2%;淨利潤率為18.4%,同比上升0.4個百分點。現金流保持強勁,全年現金增加人民幣14.33億元,淨現金達到人民幣123.75億元,較2019年年底增長12.9%。每股盈利人民幣0.28元,末期股息每股普通股0.085港元。
期間家庭消費產業由於一季度受到新冠疫情影響,工廠及物流系統停運,導致上半年銷售增長緩慢,但是下半年增長勢頭強勁。整體銷售收入由2019年的人民幣26.57億元增加11.5%至2020年的人民幣29.63億元。特別是經過一年的團隊打造,家庭消費產業的銷售團隊、經銷商團隊、重點建設進一步強化,具備較強的執行力和快速反應能力,為下一階段的市場開拓打下基礎。
2020年12月31日,集團僱有員工合共39,216人(於2019年12月31日:37,975人)。該年度,僱員福利開支總額(包括董事薪酬)為人民幣23.04億元(2019年度:人民幣22.34億元),主要由於為拓展短保麪包產業,相關的銷售及生產人員增加,薪酬相應增加所致。
公司表示,2021年,隨着經濟環境的確定性增強,集團將繼續緊抓發展時機,大力推進各個板塊的增長。在家庭消費板塊,加快美焙辰的規模化佈局,提升銷售質量,提高市場滲透率;強化豆本豆的品牌推廣,加速消費者培養和轉化,打造明星產品,推動植物蛋白產業化進程。在休閒食品板塊,全方位推進精耕產業的發展,擴大產品和品牌在中高端消費市場的影響力,進一步鞏固行業龍頭地位。在即飲飲料產業,集團將精耕終端銷售網點,強化終端掌控力,持續提高品牌力。在渠道拓寬上,大力支持電商戰略板塊的發展,積極拓展新興渠道,堅定實現高增長的目標。
