中南建設(000961.SZ):獲取不超17億元可續期債權投資
格隆匯 3 月 29日丨中南建設(000961.SZ)公佈,為了促進公司西安春風南岸項目發展,公司日前與百瑞信託有限責任公司(“百瑞信託”)簽署協議,百瑞信託擬發行總規模不超過17億元的集合信託計劃,分期對公司進行可續期債權投資。各期投資資金的投資期限包括初始投資期限和後續投資期限,初始投資期限屆滿後公司可以選擇續期,續期的次數不受限制。公司控股子公司西安南興置業有限公司抵押其持有的位於西安市長安區的春風南岸三宗土地使用權,並與公司共同承擔連帶還款責任。
