野村:維持太興集團(6811.HK)買入評級 升目標價至2.6港元
野村發表研究報吿指,太興集團(6811.HK)去年收益減14%至27.98億港元,若剔除政府總補貼2.06億港元,則淨虧損為8840萬元。但由於政府補貼,員工成本比率按年下降4.1個百分點,導致營運利潤率擴大2.8個百分點。該行預期今年流量將出現明顯回升,將太興銷售及淨利潤預測分別提高1.3%及3.7%。
該行指,集團繼續開新分店有助擴大其消費羣,故將其目標價由2.5港元上調至2.6港元,維持買入投資評級。
