資金轉向追捧內房物管及內銀股 潤地/龍光/碧桂園服務/中海外/龍湖逆升5%-7%
已連日捱沽於美國上市中概股上周五部分股價仍未止跌,連帶本港新經濟股今天捱沽,拖累恆科指數回吐2.5%報7,928,恆指也反覆回落0.4%報28,221。
反觀,資金轉向追捧不受中美關係緊張影響的內房與物管股及內銀,公布全年業績增派末期股息的內房升幅較大,中午公布全年多賺5.5%末期股息年增28%的藍籌中國海外(00688.HK)午後股價高見21.95元,現造21.65元,續升5.6%。
全年多賺9%末期息年增23%的龍湖(00960.HK)延續上周五高收回升近6%勢,午後高見51.8元,接近去年11月所創52周高位51.95元,現造51.55元,續升7%,為最強藍籌。今天放榜的潤地(01109.HK)一舉升破去年11月所創52周高位39.5元及去年1月所創上市高位40.45元,最高見41.3元,現造41元,續升4.7%,成交增至1,640萬股。
上周尾公布全年多賺近16%末期息年增29%至58港仙的龍光集團(03380.HK)續升4.7%曾高見13.3元。
融創中國(01918.HK)、恆大中國(03333.HK)及世茂集團(00813.HK)依次升2.7%-5.1%,分別高見34.95元、16.08元及26.9元。明天放榜萬科(02202.HK)續升2.7%曾重越10天線(32.1)高見32.3元。
物管股以上周初公布全年多賺61%末期息年增44.5%至21.87分人民幣碧桂園服務(06098.HK)走勢最強,股價三連漲,今天更再創紀錄高,最高見82元,現造80.6元,續升5.2%。上周公布全年多賺37%末期息年增43%至43分人民幣今天獲里昂升級至「買入」看64.5元的保利物業(06049.HK)表現較好,股價突破10天線(51.83)曾高見54.3元,現造53元,續升4.5%。上周公布全年多賺末期息年增75%至8.38仙的永升生活服務(01995.HK)及本月31日放榜鑫苑服務(01895.HK)續升3%及4.5%,分別高見20.5元及2.25元。
早前盈喜料全多賺逾50%今天放榜的奧園健康(03662.HK)高見5.97元,現造5.79元,續升4.5%。上周尾公布全年多賺30%末期息年增50%至4.2仙獲多間大行升價的中海物業(02669.HK)高見7.58元創逾七個月高,現造7.16元,續升2.4%。
郵儲行(01658.HK)及四大國有內銀升逾1%-2.5%,全年多賺1.2%末期息略增至26.6分人民幣的工行(01398.HK)及全年多賺1.6%末期息略增至32.6元人民幣的建行(00939.HK)續升2.6%,分別報5.63元及6.65元。全年多賺1.3%末期息略增至31.7人民幣的交行(03328.HK)三連升,今天股價創逾八個月高,現造4.89元,續升5.2%。
