澳門2月酒店客房平均入住率38.5% 按月跌1.8個百分點
澳門統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年2月份對外營業的酒店及公寓有120間,按年增加3間,可提供客房數目則減少4.4%至3.6萬間。澳門2月客房平均入住率(不包括用作醫學觀察用途,下同)為38.5%,較去年2月上升23.7個百分點,與今年1月比較則下跌1.8個百分點
澳門今年2月份酒店及公寓住客按年明顯增加1.5倍至38.2萬人次,當中內地及本地住客分別有30.3萬人次及5.5萬人次,增幅達1.9倍及1.8倍。住客平均留宿1.7晚,較去年同月減少0.1晚。
今年首兩個月酒店及公寓的客房平均入住率按年下跌10.9個百分點至39.4%,住客減少32.5%至83.3萬人次,平均留宿時間則增加0.1晚至1.7晚。
