滬寧股份遭遇“殺豬盤”？上週五漲20%，今天跌20%……

今天，創業板公司滬寧股份開盤後快速下行，9點42分封住跌停，之後一直“趴”在跌停板上“哆嗦”，截至午盤跌幅排名兩市第一。詭異的是，上週五該公司股價一路攀漲，尾盤封住漲停板。
2017年6月上市的滬寧股份是一家電梯安全部件製造商，近年來業績在四五千萬元左右。2020年前三季度，公司實現淨利潤4035.403萬元，同比微降4.4%。從二級市場看，2020年以來，公司股價一路走高，區間最高漲幅達1倍，最新市值約40億元。
今年3月初，滬寧股份收到證監會同意公司定向增發申請的批覆。公司擬向不超過35名（含35名）合格投資者發行股份，募集資金2.51億元投入兩個項目。
上市滿三年之後，滬寧股份實控人鄒家春於2020年9月10日至15日期間，以集中競價和大宗交易方式累計減持了217.53萬股，佔公司總股本的1.96%，直接持股比例降至8.52%，合計仍控制了上市公司逾60%的股份。2020年11月，連續減持股份的董事鄒雨雅“忙中出錯”觸發了短線交易。資料顯示，鄒家春、鄒雨雅為兄弟關係。
除此之外，從消息面上看，公司近期並無明顯的利好或利空消息，為何二級市場發生劇烈波動？
“這個股票的走勢獨立於大盤，從盤面上看類似比較典型的莊股。”浙江一位私募人士分析説。
從股東榜看，滬寧股份歷年的前十大流通股股東主要是自然人。值得注意的是，2020年上半年，福建誠毅資產管理有限公司旗下的誠毅呈泰1號產品亮相股東榜，2020年三季報撤出；與此同時，誠毅呈泰5號、誠毅科創11號“接力”躋身公司三季報股東榜。
再看3月26日龍虎榜，有機構現身滬寧股份買入席，買賣席位中包括多個福州營業部。
在東方財富“滬寧股份吧”裏，投資者頻繁提到“殺豬盤”。十分弔詭的是，上週多名投資者精準“預測”到了今日的跌停板。
對於股價異常波動，公司29日午間迴應上證報記者詢問時稱：“公司正常經營，各項業務有序發展。公司不存在違反信息披露的情形。”
據不完全統計，2020年以來，嘉美包裝、我樂家居、濟民製藥、盛洋科技、松霖科技、中源家居、新智認知等多隻股票陷入“殺豬盤”風波，投資者反響較大。這些股票較為共性的特徵是民營控股、業績平平、流通盤小、自然人持股為主等。對此，監管部門已多次警示“殺豬盤”、虛擬盤風險。
