廣東明珠(600382.SH):正和房地產及其實控人陳清平與置地公司簽署抵債協議
格隆匯 3 月 28日丨廣東明珠(600382.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司廣東明珠集團置地有限公司(“置地公司”)與興寧市正和房地產開發有限公司(“正和房地產”)關於共同合作投資“弘和帝璟”房地產開發項目所簽署的合作合同及相關補充協議將於2021年3月30日到期。鑑於正和房地產預計無法及時償還在合作合同項下欠付置地公司的出資款、合作利潤、補償款及其他所有應付款項合計167,789,099.20元(“應付款項”),現經置地公司和正和房地產友好協商,同意正和房地產以“弘和帝璟”項目部分資產及配套車位使用費抵償其所欠置地公司的應付款項,正和房地產及其實際控制人陳清平與置地公司就此事項簽署了《抵債協議》。
