華建集團(600629.SH):擬向國盛投資協議轉讓申通金浦基金3億元份額
格隆匯 3 月 28日丨華建集團(600629.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司韻築公司擬以2020年12月31日為基準日的資產評估備案的評估值為作價基礎,向國盛集團全資子公司國盛投資協議轉讓韻築公司持有的申通金浦基金3億元份額。
國盛集團系華建集團股東,根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》和《上海證券交易所上市公司關聯交易實施指引》的規定,因而國盛投資亦系公司的關聯法人,按照《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》的規定,本次交易構成關聯交易。
