超威動力(00951.HK)公佈年度業績 淨利潤增長28.3% 研發開支達8.57億元
格隆匯3月28日丨超威動力(00951.HK)公佈，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入約為人民幣273.05億元，較去年增長約0.5%；公司擁有人應占利潤約為人民幣7.20億元，較去年增長約28.3%；每股基本盈利為人民幣0.65元，末期股息每股0.117港元。
淨利潤增長主要受惠於整體銷售增加、錄得金融資產公平值收益令其他收入及其他收益及虧損增加及集團經營效益提升令營運開支下降。
本年度，集團持續提升鉛酸動力電池產品的質量和生產技術，開發性能更優越、能效更佳及更環保的產品，鞏固集團作為鉛酸動力電池領先企業的地位。此外，集團持續鞏固銷售渠道及深化品牌建設，提升品牌影響力，以保持集團的領先優勢。
集團的銷售與分銷網路遍佈全中國，全面覆蓋一級市場及二級市場。一級市場方面，集團設有大客户部門，定期走訪各製造商管理層，為其提供全面的銷售服務。二級市場方面，集團分銷網路覆蓋全國各個省區，為客户提供優質服務，截至2020年12月31日止，集團二級市場的獨立經銷商總數達1,978家。
期間集團堅持創新驅動與產業融合，繼續加強技術研發、提高產品質素，打造科技超威，開啟能源新世界。本年度，集團的研發開支約達人民幣8.57億元，佔總收入約3.1%。集團擁有領先的研發團隊，並積極引進國際頂尖專業人才，以保持集團研發創新的領導地位。截至2020年12月31日止，集團科研團隊有逾10位國內外知名專家。此外，集團為國家技術創新示範企業和國家知識產權示範企業，並建有國家認定企業技術中心、國家認可實驗室、國家環保工程技術中心、省重點企業研究院、院士工作站、國家級博士後科研工作站等研發平台，以及在國外建立了研發中心。
展望2021年，國內疫情已大致受控，全球各國亦正計劃為羣眾注射疫苗，疫情有望逐步緩和，預期2021年全球經濟將持續復甦，但疫苗接種速度亦是經濟反彈速度其中一個最主要變數，相信中國及亞洲將是推動全球經濟成長的最大動力。集團將繼續密切關注市場的發展情況，採取靈活的應變措施，適時調整營銷和生產策略。
另一方面，隨着中國政府繼續不斷完善行業規範，促進產業升級，集團對鉛酸電池業務的發展空間仍保持樂觀。未來，集團將專注技術創新，致力在新能源領域取得更大突破和收穫。
