格隆匯 3 月 27日丨聚利寶控股(08527.HK)發佈年度業績,截至2020年12月31日止12個月,公司實現收入1314.9萬新加坡元,同比減少35.65%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損200.3萬新加坡元,同比收窄30.26%;基本每股虧損0.40新加坡元分。
公司收益大幅減少乃主要由於COVID-19的影響及有關當局實施的相應防疫措施所致。因此,截至2020年12月31日止年度,錄得淨虧損約200萬新加坡元。有關不利影響部分由分別自當地政府及業主取得的補助及租金優惠所抵銷。
