中國建材(03323.HK)斥2.6億人幣對母公司附屬作增資擴股
中國建材(03323.HK)公布,財務公司(原有由中材水泥持有30%及母公司持有70%的公司)擬增加其註冊資本,其股東中材水泥及母公司同意中材水泥以現金方式按照1.31元╱註冊資本對財務公司增資,增資後中材水泥於財務公司的權益比例由30%增至41.67%,母公司於財務公司的權益比例由70%降至58.33%。中材水泥將出資2.62億元人民幣。
財務公司獲中國銀保監會發出牌照且受中國銀保監會監管,並從事提供金融服務,當中主要包括接受存款及貸款、票據承兌及貼現服務及結算及交收服務。
