格隆匯 3 月 26日丨第一上海(00227.HK)公吿,2020年度全年業績,營業額約4.58億港元,同比減少約14.16%;公司股東應占虧損9033.1萬港元,去年則溢利1061.8萬港元,盈轉虧;每股虧損6.37港仙;無派息。
中國內地方面,隨着果斷及持續地實施封鎖措施及嚴格地限制人員流動,疫情蔓延自2020年第二季度起受控。復工復產的同時,經濟初步自疫情復甦。2020年,中國為世界主要經濟體中唯一錄得經濟增長的國家。
因採取靈活適度的貨幣政策加上美元疲弱,人民幣大幅升值約7%。香港方面,2019冠狀病毒病疫情嚴重破壞各項經濟活動,導致地生產總值增長率下降且失業率持續上升。
集團貫徹其策略性業務模式,並投放人力及資源加速發展各項主要業務範疇,包括金融服務部、物業及酒店部、醫療及保健部及直接投資部。由於疫情嚴重影響公司的業務,因此,公司公佈2020年的財務業績並不理想。
