格隆匯3月26日丨東信和平(002017.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入10.63億元，同比下降9.84%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3546.06萬元，同比下降10.26%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2944.62萬元，同比下降11.65%；基本每股收益0.079元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.3元(含税)。
報吿期內，通信領域，公司繼續保持與電信運營商良好合作，各大運營商集採項目執行情況良好。金融支付領域，公司積極參加各大銀行招標，金融卡在國有大銀行的市場份額得到明顯提升，報吿期內新中標數家銀行智能卡項目；持續推進特殊工藝卡差異化策略，進一步挖掘特殊工藝卡差異化價值。政府公共事業領域，持續挖掘二代社保卡存量市場，跟進三代社保卡增量市場，努力保持社保卡市場優勢地位；積極跟進居住證、健康卡、殘聯等其他領域智能卡的發展；挖掘現有客户需求，從卡產品向社保行業系統合作和互聯網+的產品延伸，尋求新業務合作契機。
2020年上半年，智能卡國際業務受到疫情引發的市場需求下降及運輸成本劇增的影響，總體營收下降幅度較大，對此，公司積極調整業務結構，強化風險管控，取得了較為明顯的效果，下半年隨着疫情的逐步控制，市場需求回升，國際市場業務開展情況也逐漸好轉。
公司積極把握數字化安全發展機遇，以嵌入式產品為基點，通過在身份識別與信息安全方面積累的核心技術能力，加大數字身份及安全業務開發力度，推進公司產業創新升級。報吿期內，公司數字身份與安全業務主要產品包括：eSE數字安全模塊、RFID模塊產品等。相關產品在車聯網、垂直行業應用領域、特種標籤領域等均取得重大規模突破。在特種標籤方面，公司向電力、物流、醫療等領域提供各類金屬、陶瓷、液體等特殊工藝的高端RFID模塊；在車聯網方面，公司可提供包括數字鑰匙、安全啟動等應用在內的車聯網解決方案，產品包含eSE、安全管理平台和安全密鑰等；在垂直行業方面，主要推進SE安全產品等在不同具體應用場景中的落地實施。
