陽光城(000671.SZ)擬參與長租公寓類REITs證券化項目 總規模不超12.1億元
格隆匯3月26日丨陽光城(000671.SZ)公佈,公司已根據2018年6月1日第九屆董事局第三十七次會議審議的《關於公司擬以長租公寓資產支持專項計劃開展創新型資產運作模式的議案》,以上海盈標企業管理有限公司(“項目公司”或“上海盈標”)持有的“陽光城-上海睿灣碧雲項目”(“目標物業”)設立中信證券-陽光城長租公寓一期資產支持專項計劃(“前序產品”)。
公司擬與相關參與方合作,由參與方受讓前序產品項下的單一資金信託信託受益權或其他標的資產(以前序產品資產支持證券持有人會議為準),並由參與方作為原始權益人(“原始權益人”)以信託受益權作為基礎資產設立新一期長租公寓類REITs資產支持專項計劃(“專項計劃”,產品名稱以專項計劃發行時的最終名稱為準)。專項計劃預計發行總規模不超過12.1億。產品期限不超過19年,每2年設立優先級資產支持證券的開放期,具體各檔資產支持證券年限情況以此次專項計劃設立時簽署的專項計劃文件為準。
