中遠海科(002401.SZ)：2020年淨利升99.53%至1.93億元 擬10轉2派1元
格隆匯3月26日丨中遠海科(002401.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入15.21億元，同比增長26.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.93億元，同比增長99.53%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.02億元，同比增長30.29%；基本每股收益0.6349元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1元(含税)，以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增2股。
1、智慧交通業務
公司繼續深化重點區域市場經營，搶抓市場機遇，成功中標貴州都安高速公路和幹線公路隧道提質升級智能交通工程、寧夏S60高速公路和隧道提質增效智能交通工程、上海高架快速路視頻改造工程等項目。公司在青海、寧夏、貴州、重慶、上海等9個省市開展高速公路取消省界收費站系統優化升級，全力保障高速公路順利恢復收費工作。公司榮獲2019年度中國高速公路機電市場系統集成商十大優秀企業、中國公路學會2020年中國高速公路信息化優秀集成商獎。
2、智慧航運業務
公司圍繞中遠海運集團數字化戰略，全面提升主動服務意識，持續開展信息化建設服務工作，成功簽訂了集團會計核算標準化、中遠海運租賃系統開發等項目合同。依託中台技術架構，加快航運數字化轉型，開展實施智慧航運數據集成平台建設、“船貨易”平台3.0版本優化升級、航運管理平台優化、中遠海特數字化轉型一期等平台型項目，有效發揮了對航運物流產業的數字化賦能作用。依託航運管理平台建設加強外部市場開拓，先後中標了寧波海運航運管理平台、浙江新一海航運綜合管理平台等建設項目，在產品化、市場化發展中取得了進一步突破。
3、智慧物流業務
公司充分發揮資源整合效益，持續加大智慧物流業務市場開拓力度，把握集團和外部用户數字化轉型升級機遇，深挖煙草等傳統優勢項目，積極跟蹤物流產業和行業需求，提供有價值的數字化賦能產品和數據服務。聚焦數據中台技術持續研發和應用，成功簽訂了張家港市危化品運輸信息化建設、中遠海運物流統建安全管理系統、中遠海運物流單證機器人等項目合同。持續推進業務中台建設，平台目前能支持物流倉儲全業態運行並正在中遠海運物流全面推廣。
4、智慧安防業務
公司立足上海區域，持續深耕“雪亮工程”、“智慧公安”等市場業務，成功承接了浦東新區雪亮工程二期、上海城運系統公安道路交通管理系統、楊浦智慧公安智能圖像監控二期等重大項目。2020年運用安防產品技術配合政府疫情防控，高質量完成浦東新區部分隔離酒店監控聯網的整體接入工作，為疫情排查控制提供有效技術支撐。
