北方稀土(600111.SH):將向磁材公司提供的全部借款中的2億元以債權轉股權方式向其增資
格隆匯 3 月 26日丨北方稀土(600111.SH)公佈,公司將向公司控股子公司內蒙古包鋼稀土磁性材料有限公司(以下簡稱磁材公司)提供的全部借款中的2億元以債權轉股權方式向其增資。增資完成後,磁材公司註冊資本將增加2億元,公司在磁材公司的持股比例將相應增加。
磁材公司具備年產15000噸優質釹鐵硼速凝薄帶合金產品及年產2000噸燒結釹鐵硼磁體產品的能力。
