北控城市資源(03718.HK)公佈年度業績 持續經營業務純利大增58.3% 環境衞生服務項目毛利率升至29.5%
格隆匯3月26日丨北控城市資源(03718.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入約35.200億港元，同比上升約29.8%；公司股東應占持續經營業務年內溢利為約4.268億港元，同比上升約58.3%；每股基本及攤薄盈利為約11.97港仙。
2020年，集團的環境衞生服務業務並未受到COVID-19大流行病的影響。近年來，隨着中國的城市化率不斷提高，對環境衞生服務的需求不斷增加，集團在2020年通過公開招標取得23個新的環境衞生服務項目，就此令2020年的收入增加。截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團環境衞生服務的收入為約28.210億港元，同比上升約43.3%。
集團環境衞生服務項目的毛利率由截至2019年12月31日止年度的24.5%大幅增至截至2020年12月31日止年度的29.5%，乃主要由於：中國地方政府因COVID-19疫情而授予的增值税相關減免增加約1.25億港元（未計及企業所得税及各項目的非控股權益的影響），令確認的收入增加；及中國地方政府因COVID-19疫情而授予集團的社會福利及保障供款及其他減免增加，令銷售成本減少4340萬港元（未計及企業所得税及各項目的非控股權益的影響）。
於2020年12月31日，集團擁有113個環境衞生服務項目。於2020年12月31日，集團總承包面積為約1.944億平方米（2019年12月31日︰1.503億平方米），環境衞生服務項目產生平均收入每平方米約13.1港元（2019年︰每平方米10.7港元）。
展望未來，COVID-19疫情持續爆發給中國經濟環境帶來不確定性。然而，由於中國快速採取控制COVID-19擴散的應急措施，於2021年的營商環境預期將顯著改善。就集團環境衞生服務業務而言，由於中國的城市化水平不斷提高，集團擬參與更多招標程序以獲取新項目，擴展至新市場，並尋求機會將服務擴展至若干相關業務領域，例如回收、分類、綠道養護及循環再用城市廢物。集團的危險廢物處理服務業務因COVID-19疫情爆發而不可避免地在2020年受到不利影響。然而，自2020年下半年起呈現的復甦趨勢，預期中國經濟將快速重振，並有望在2021年持續。
