《大行報告》里昂升中海物業(02669.HK)目標價至9元 評級「買入」
里昂發表報告表示,中海物業(02669.HK)去年度核心盈利按年升38.6%至7.43億元人民幣,高於市場預期14.2%,當中最令市場驚喜的是其來自第三方的合約面積增長強勁,管理層對2021至2025年的增長前景和利潤率持樂觀態度,主因包括費用上漲及技術授權等因素所帶動。
該行認為,中海物業之社區增值服務有較大上升空間,重申其「買入」評級,同時上調其今明兩年核心盈利預測2.9%及0.7%,目標價由8.6元升至9元。
