美团(03690.HK):新业务投入造成负面影响 未来几个季度料续录经营亏损
美团(03690.HK)於业绩报告中指出,去年公司的餐饮外卖以及到店、酒店及旅游业务仍取得了稳健的业绩表现,尽管对新业务的大额投资对2020年的整体盈利能力构成影响,这些新业务亦同时为消费者、商家、业务合作夥伴及社会创造越来越多的价值。
公司认为社区电商即是其中一项巨大的机会,在2021年将会配置充裕的资源促进其发展,同时不断提升业务运营效率。惟加大对新业务的投入可能会对美团的整体财务业绩造成重大负面影响,且公司亦可能由於对社区电商业务的扩张而於未来几个季度继续录得经营亏损。
