海星股份(603115.SH):首發募投項目結項 結餘募集資金永久補充流動資金
格隆匯3月26日丨海星股份(603115.SH)公佈,公司首次公開發行股票募集資金投資項目中,高性能低壓化成箔擴產技改項目、高性能中高壓化成箔擴產技改項目、高性能低壓腐蝕箔擴產技改項目、高性能中高壓腐蝕箔擴產技改項目均已實施完成並達到預定可使用狀態,公司同意上述項目結項,並結合實際情況,將扣除尚未支付的項目建設尾款及質保金等後續支出後的結餘募集資金人民幣3000.32萬元(實際金額以資金轉出當日專户餘額為準)永久性補充流動資金。
