《大行报告》里昂升中海物业(02669.HK)目标价至9元 评级「买入」
里昂发表报告表示,中海物业(02669.HK)去年度核心盈利按年升38.6%至7.43亿元人民币,高於市场预期14.2%,当中最令市场惊喜的是其来自第三方的合约面积增长强劲,管理层对2021至2025年的增长前景和利润率持乐观态度,主因包括费用上涨及技术授权等因素所带动。
该行认为,中海物业之社区增值服务有较大上升空间,重申其「买入」评级,同时上调其今明两年核心盈利预测2.9%及0.7%,目标价由8.6元升至9元。
