中迪投資(000609.SZ)擬參與投資盈佳礦業
格隆匯 3 月 26日丨中迪投資(000609.SZ)公佈，公司擬與西藏和曦創業投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“西藏和曦”)簽署《關於成都和宸盈佳礦業合夥企業(有限合夥)之投資合作協議》及《成都和宸盈佳礦業合夥企業(有限合夥)之合夥協議》，以0元價格受讓西藏和曦持有的成都和宸盈佳礦業合夥企業(有限合夥)(“盈佳礦業”)部分有限合夥份額，並在前述有限合夥份額工商登記至公司名下之日起12個月內完成總計人民幣3000萬元出資，若公司未在約定期限內出資，則需將未出資部分以0元價格返還給西藏和曦，在前述期限內完成出資，則公司最終將持有1200萬元有限合夥份額對應的全部權益。
盈佳礦業持有云南弘興礦業有限公司(“雲南弘興”)95%股權，雲南弘興於2008年6月獲得由雲南省國土資源廳頒發的雲南省曲靖市會澤縣金牛廠磷礦(“目標磷礦”)的探礦許可證(編號：T53120080603009091)，在獲得探礦證後，雲南弘興於2008年至2011年開展礦區勘查工作，四川省地質礦產勘查開發局二0二地質隊於2011年3月編制了《雲南省會澤縣金牛廠礦區詳查報吿》，該報吿經雲南省國土資源廳儲量評審中心組織專家進行評審，以“雲國土資礦評儲字(2011)342號”評審通過，雲南省國土資源廳“雲國土資儲備字(2011)347號”文予以備案。評審通過的資源儲量：礦區查明332+333類Ⅱ+Ⅲ品級資源量7,672.901萬噸，P2O5含量22.03%。其中：水位分界以上保有資源量：4,922.49萬噸，P2O5平均品位22.26%；水位分界以下保有資源量：2,750.41萬噸，P2O5平均品位21.61%。雲南弘興金牛廠磷礦於2013年獲得由雲南省國土資源廳頒發的採礦許可證(編號：C5300002013096110135809)。
