港股异动 | 物管股走强 中海物业(2669.HK)大涨近20%
格隆汇3月26日丨物管股走强,中海物业(2669.HK)大涨19%领涨,华润万象生活涨6%,合景悠活、永升生活服务涨超4%,保利物业、时代邻里等纷纷上涨。近日,多家物管企业公布2020年度业绩。其中,中海物业昨晚公布年度公司股东应占年内溢利为7亿港元,同比增长30.15%,每股盈利为21.30港仙,拟派末期息每股4.2港仙。此前合景悠活亦公布年度归母净利同比增长74.75%;永升生活服务年度纯利同比增长74.4%至3.9亿元。招银国际曾发研报指,物业行业估值的关键支撑已转向增值服务和零售/租金增长;行业目前估值为17倍2022年预测市盈率,估值吸引,而现在是加注板块的好时机。物业行业首选碧桂园服务、永升生活服务、华润万象生活、宝龙商业及远洋服务。
