格隆匯3月25日丨茂宸集團(00273.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收入12.74億港元,同比減少52.6%;公司擁有人應占虧損1.4億港元,上年同期虧損11.5億港元;每股虧損0.32港仙。
營業額及經營收入下降主要是由於在2019年六月出售愛嬰島集團有限公司及其附屬公司的部分股份權益導致愛嬰島集團自2019年下半年起取消綜合入賬所致。此後,愛嬰島集團不再作為集團的附屬公司,並作為集團的聯營公司入賬。
