創維集團(00751.HK)公佈年度業績 純利大增93% 海外營業額增加37.6%
格隆匯3月25日丨創維集團(00751.HK)發佈公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司整體營業額為人民幣400.93億元，較上年度增長7.6%；公司擁有人應占溢利14.4億元，同比增長93%；每股盈利49.23分。
於2020年，創維集團持續修訂五年發展規劃，進一步加強公司內部各業務協同，明確發展方向，增強企業發展定力，努力克服新冠肺炎疫情帶來的影響；規範企業發展行為，堅持專業化發展道路，加快企業改革轉型，實現整體營業收入及淨利潤均錄得增長，讓企業的整體效益穩步提升。
截至2020年12月31日止年度，來自海外市場的營業額為人民幣155.1億元，佔集團總營業額的38.7%，較上年度增加37.6%。集團對海外市場的銷售管道進行了優化，以降低新冠肺炎疫情的負面影響，海外營業額於本報吿年度錄得可觀增長。
此外，該年度，集團的多媒體業務的營業額錄得人民幣245.71億元；較上年度增加14.3%。
公司表示，2021年，是創維集團董事局提出的效率提升年。集團上下積極應對外部環境變化，圍繞轉型升級戰略目標，繼續推進智能化、國際化、精細化三大戰略，加快三大基地建設，繼續打造多媒體、智能系統技術、智能電器、現代服務業四大業務板塊，堅持創新思維和發展模式，進一步完善制度、加強協同、整合資源、提升效率，積極促進製造業向現代服務業、硬體業向軟體業、終端產品向智能系統三大轉變，推動創維事業發展再上高峯。
公司亦會全力開拓海外市場，加快推進印度、東南亞、非洲製造基地建設，加強行銷管道佈局和投入，推進創維品牌產品和OEM業務的協同發展，努力實現海外業務快速增長，並會抓緊國內市場機會，抓住國家推動內迴圈和新農村振興的發展機遇，積極推進縣鄉代理管道建設，加大城鎮全品類專賣門店的試點，做好農村市場的行銷工作，研判城市消費升級帶來的市場需求，不斷推出“高端、小批量、定製化”產品，滿足城市高端市場需求，提高產品市場佔有率，同時加快產業轉型、產品換代，開闢新的市場，培育新的增長點。
