威訊控股(01087.HK)以1,600萬元出售放貸業務InvesTech Finance
威訊控股(01087.HK)公布,於3月25日與買家毅盈投資控股訂立買賣協議,將向買家出售全資附屬公司InvesTech Finance全部已發行股本及貸款,代價1,600萬元。
InvesTech Finance主要從事放債人條例(香港法例第163章)所規管的放貸業務。公司表示,出售事項的現金代價1600萬元,加上出售集團於2021年2月28日的負債淨額約1190萬元及賣方貸款約2720萬元,預期出售事項的估計收益約為70萬港元。
