格隆匯 3 月 25日丨珠江船務(00560.HK)發佈2020年全年業績公吿,集團年內錄得綜合營業額為18.545億港元,較去年下跌13.7%;公司股東應占溢利為4982.1萬港元,較去年下跌76.7%;基本及攤薄每股盈利4.44港仙;擬派末期股息每股普通股2港仙。
2021年,全球新冠病毒疫情仍然嚴峻,集團跨境客運及其相關輔助業務仍面臨巨大壓力。集團將緊緊把握粵港澳大灣區建設、《區域全面經濟夥伴關係協定》(“RCEP”)簽署帶來的機遇,圍繞本港交通、灣區機場、港口物流、“一帶一路”、資本運營等關鍵戰略,加快推動平台戰略實施,加快推動業務轉型升級;努力克服新冠疫情帶來的重大不利影響,實現持續發展為股東創造更大價值。
