TCL電子(01070.HK)2020年營收同比增長40.2%至509.5億港元 末期息11.5港仙
格隆匯3月25日丨TCL電子(01070.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度業績公吿,集團來自持續經營業務收入由2019年的363.4億港元同比增長40.2%至2020年的509.5億港元。整體毛利由2019年的74.4億港元,同比增長29.8%至2020年的96.6億港元。持續經營業務的本年利潤由2019年的18.7億港元,同比增加1.2%至2020年的18.9億港元。2020年持續經營業務的歸母淨利潤為18.5億港元,同比增加1.2%。董事會建議截至2020年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股11.50港仙,全年每股股息21.20港仙,全年扣非後派息率達45.0%。
公吿表示,2020年是極不平凡的一年,新冠疫情於全球肆虐蔓延,外部環境不確定性增加,對人們生活和消費習慣產生長期性影響。上游面板競爭新格局逐漸形成,人工智能(“AI”)、物聯網(“IoT”)等前沿科技迅猛發展,推動TV行業進入全面智能化時代。作為整個TCL顯示產業鏈的品牌驅動力量,2020年TCL電子聚焦品牌業務,圍繞“智慧顯示”核心,深入推進“AIxIoT”戰略,構建包括智慧家庭、移動服務和智慧商顯在內的全場景智慧顯示生態,深耕家庭大屏互聯網服務及更多互聯網場景的應用,為用户打造全場景智慧健康生活,致力成為全球領先的智能科技公司。2020年,儘管全球經濟承壓嚴重及外部環境變幻莫測,但集團的全球智能TV銷售與互聯網業務逆勢再創佳績。
