江海股份(002484.SZ)：2020年淨利升54.95%至3.73億元 擬10派1.2元
格隆匯3月25日丨江海股份(002484.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入26.35億元，同比增長24.12%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.73億元，同比增長54.95%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2.9億元，同比增長45.46%；基本每股收益0.4556元，擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利1.2元(含税)。
2020年，公司鋁電解電容器銷售量和營銷額同比2019年分別增長7.0%和23.85%，工業類電容器比重超過73%，鞏固和增強了其在全球同行業的競爭力。從下游應用看，新能源、汽車充電樁領域需求最為強勁，同比分別增長2.6倍和65%以上。UPS、電源用電容器達到營業收入的15%，存量市場佔有率穩定提高，新興市場(5G、醫療)和用户紛紛湧現，工業變頻器、UPS、電源、光伏等領域前幾大應用品牌幾乎都是我們的客户，按銷售收入排名的前10大用户佔總營收的35%，市場、用户結構更加優化。
投資建設湖北海成小型電容器項目，是公司實施大型、小型電容器分類管控模式、彌補產品和市場短板、以求協同發展的戰略舉措，目前已投入2.7億元，形成4.5億元產出的能力。疫情對海成電子產品線貫通、試生產及產品認證造成的影響得到快速消除，液態、固態和固態疊層高分子電容器(MLPC)試驗認定和市場開拓全面推進，客户評價良好，為公司小型電容器技術改造作出了示範，也為以MLPC為重點的擴產打下了基礎。
2020年，公司化成箔出貨量1250萬平方米，貨值8.09億元，同比分別增長21.1%和20.4%，而盈利增長了35.2%。供電可靠性加強、成品率創新高、單耗穩中有降，是盈利增長大於銷售增長幅度的主要因素。腐蝕箔銷售量928萬平方米，銷售收入2.66億元，同比分別增長24.4%和27.0%，其技術性能和生產效率保持國內領先水平。提高比容等技術性能、優化工藝、降低三廢處理和單耗成本，已轉接為公司電容器市場競爭力。
