格隆匯 3 月 25日丨中國石油股份(00857.HK)公吿，2020年，集團實現營業收入人民幣19,338.36億元，比上年同期下降23.2%；實現歸屬於母公司股東淨利潤人民幣190.06億元，比上年同期下降58.4%；實現每股基收益人民幣0.10元，比上年同期減少人民幣0.15元。擬向全體股東派發2020年末期股息每股人民幣0.08742元(含適用税項)。
營業收入2020年集團的營業收入為人民幣19,338.36億元，比2019年的人民幣25,168.10億元下降23.2%。主要由於集團大部分油氣產品銷售量減少、價格大幅下降。
2020年，疫情給石油市場帶來巨大沖擊，世界石油需求和供應均大幅下降，市場基面嚴重供大於求，石油庫存高企，國際油價大幅下跌，史上首次出現負油價，此後隨着全球主要產油國達成減產協議以及世界主要經濟體採取措施提振經濟，國際油價呈現震盪回升走勢。全年北海布倫特原油現貨平均價格為41.78美元/桶，比上年同期下降34.9%；美國西德克薩斯中質原油("WTI")現貨平均價格為39.28美元/桶，比上年同期下降31.1%。
2020年，受疫情影響，上半年國內化工產品產銷均受到壓制，下半年隨着油價回升、復工復產快速推進，需求端逐步釋放並在三季度集中爆發，帶動相關化工產品市場加速回暖，特別是海外疫情蔓延導致煉廠停工，化工產品進口減少，促進了國內塑膠等產品價格穩定。
2020年，集團銷售業務積極應對市場需求萎縮和高庫存的嚴峻挑戰，密切產銷銜接，保障自營煉廠生產後路暢通和產業鏈整體效益最大化。根據市場變化及時調整營銷策略，分地域、分品種、分時段、分客户類型實施差異化、精準化營銷，突出抓好純槍銷量，着力提升銷售質量。加強銷售網絡建設，積極搶佔高效市場和戰略區域優質站點，大力開發加油(氣)站，增加零售能力，運營加油站數量達到22,619座。深化油非一體互促營銷，加快線上線下協調營銷與跨界融合，提高非油業務發展質量。
2020年，集團國際貿易業務努力加大海外份額油銷售能力，靈活調整成品油出口計劃，大力開拓海外市場，加強產品價格等風險管控，服務、營銷和交易能力穩步提升。2020年，集團共銷售汽油、煤油、柴油16,123.0萬噸，比上年同期下降14.1%，其中國內銷售汽油、煤油、柴油10,589.6萬噸，比上年同期下降11.0%。
