中國人壽(02628.HK)：2020年淨利潤502.7億元 同比減少13.8%
格隆匯3月25日丨中國人壽(02628.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度的業績，公司實現總保費收入人民幣6122.65億元，首次突破人民幣六千億元，攀越新高度。內含價值超過人民幣一萬億元，達人民幣10,721.40億元，居行業首位。總資產規模突破人民幣四萬億元，達人民幣42,524.10億元，較2019年底增長14.1%。
受傳統險準備金折現率假設更新、2019年執行佣金及手續費支出税前扣除政策調整以及總投資收益變化的共同影響，歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤為人民幣502.68億元，同比下降13.8%。
截至報吿期末，核心償付能力充足率和綜合償付能力充足率分別達260.10%、268.92%。公司董事會建議派發年度現金股息每股人民幣0.64元(含税)，將提交年度股東大會審議。
報吿期內，公司堅持價值引領，業務結構持續優化。新單保費達人民幣1,939.39億元，同比增長7.0%。其中，首年期交保費達人民幣1,154.21億元，同比增長5.5%，佔長險首年保費的比重為97.96%；特定保障型產品保費佔首年期交保費的比重同比提升0.6個百分點，特定保障型業務件均保費持續提升。續期保費達人民幣4,183.26億元，同比增長8.4%，佔總保費收入的比重為68.32%，同比上升0.29個百分點。
在2020年複雜的外部環境下，十年期及以上首年期交保費達人民幣563.98億元，同比下降4.7%。2020年，公司實現一年新業務價值人民幣583.73億元，同比下降0.6%，基保持穩定。截至報吿期末，長險有效保單數量達3.17億份，較2019年底增長4.6%。報吿期內，退保率為1.09%，同比下降0.80個百分點。
報吿期內，公司實現壽險業務總保費人民幣4,805.93億元，同比增長7.6%；健康險業務總保費為人民幣1,150.89億元，同比增長9.0%；意外險業務總保費為人民幣165.83億元，同比增長11.0%。
