金智科技(002090.SZ)與東南大學長三角碳中和戰略發展研究院簽訂戰略合作框架協議 開展“碳中和”方面的探索合作
格隆匯 3 月 25日丨金智科技(002090.SZ)公佈，2021年3月25日，公司與東南大學長三角碳中和戰略發展研究院簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。雙方將本着“戰略互信、合作共贏”的原則，在清潔能源與微電網、綜合能源服務、智慧供熱、城市碳中和大數據應用等領域開展“碳中和”方面的探索合作。
東南大學長三角碳中和戰略發展研究院由東南大學和南京市政府、南京江北新區等單位共同組建，聚焦碳中和領域的政策、技術、產品等研究，促進碳中和技術成果轉化和推廣應用。東南大學長三角碳中和戰略發展研究院與公司之間不存在關聯關係。
雙方充分發揮各自的品牌、資源、研發、技術、人才等優勢，協同發展，形成如下戰略合作：
1、充分發揮碳研院的課題研發、人才團隊等戰略高地優勢，為公司發展提供前瞻性、可行性、示範性研究成果，形成較為清晰的碳達峯碳中和技術路徑及實現路徑。
2、充分發揮公司在智慧能源、智慧城市建設試點項目中形成的落地經驗，將碳研院的相關科研成果積極轉化為對應的產品及解決方案，以碳達峯碳中和總體目標為導向，積極落地更多更好的示範項目及示範工程。
3、結合雙方實際情況，擬首先在如下領域開展“碳中和”方面的探索合作：(1)清潔能源與微電網、(2)綜合能源服務、(3)智慧供熱、(4)城市碳中和大數據應用。
東南大學長三角碳中和戰略發展研究院在“碳中和”課題研發、人才團隊等具有戰略高地優勢，公司在智慧能源、智慧城市建設試點項目中具有豐富的落地經驗。此次戰略合作，有利於雙方發揮各自的領域優勢，協同互補，更好地促進“碳中和”技術成果轉化和推廣應用。
此次合作積極響應國家“碳達峯、碳中和”的戰略發展要求，將有利於公司及時獲取前瞻性、可行性、示範性的研究成果，形成較為清晰的“碳達峯、碳中和”技術路徑及實現路徑，促進公司在清潔能源與微電網、綜合能源服務、智慧供熱、城市碳中和大數據應用等領域的業務拓展和創新，將對公司主營業務的發展產生積極影響，符合公司的發展戰略。
