金智科技(002090.SZ)与东南大学长三角碳中和战略发展研究院签订战略合作框架协议 开展“碳中和”方面的探索合作
格隆汇 3 月 25日丨金智科技(002090.SZ)公布，2021年3月25日，公司与东南大学长三角碳中和战略发展研究院签订了《战略合作框架协议》。双方将本着“战略互信、合作共赢”的原则，在清洁能源与微电网、综合能源服务、智慧供热、城市碳中和大数据应用等领域开展“碳中和”方面的探索合作。
东南大学长三角碳中和战略发展研究院由东南大学和南京市政府、南京江北新区等单位共同组建，聚焦碳中和领域的政策、技术、产品等研究，促进碳中和技术成果转化和推广应用。东南大学长三角碳中和战略发展研究院与公司之间不存在关联关系。
双方充分发挥各自的品牌、资源、研发、技术、人才等优势，协同发展，形成如下战略合作：
1、充分发挥碳研院的课题研发、人才团队等战略高地优势，为公司发展提供前瞻性、可行性、示范性研究成果，形成较为清晰的碳达峰碳中和技术路径及实现路径。
2、充分发挥公司在智慧能源、智慧城市建设试点项目中形成的落地经验，将碳研院的相关科研成果积极转化为对应的产品及解决方案，以碳达峰碳中和总体目标为导向，积极落地更多更好的示范项目及示范工程。
3、结合双方实际情况，拟首先在如下领域开展“碳中和”方面的探索合作：(1)清洁能源与微电网、(2)综合能源服务、(3)智慧供热、(4)城市碳中和大数据应用。
东南大学长三角碳中和战略发展研究院在“碳中和”课题研发、人才团队等具有战略高地优势，公司在智慧能源、智慧城市建设试点项目中具有丰富的落地经验。此次战略合作，有利于双方发挥各自的领域优势，协同互补，更好地促进“碳中和”技术成果转化和推广应用。
此次合作积极响应国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的战略发展要求，将有利于公司及时获取前瞻性、可行性、示范性的研究成果，形成较为清晰的“碳达峰、碳中和”技术路径及实现路径，促进公司在清洁能源与微电网、综合能源服务、智慧供热、城市碳中和大数据应用等领域的业务拓展和创新，将对公司主营业务的发展产生积极影响，符合公司的发展战略。
