海南礦業(601969.SH):2021年擬向金融機構申請不超55億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯 3 月 25日丨海南礦業(601969.SH)公佈,公司召開第四屆董事會第二十次會議,審議通過《關於提請股東大會授權總額55億元金融機構融資額度的議案》。
根據公司日常經營及業務發展的需要,2021年公司擬向各家銀行等金融機構申請綜合授信,申請綜合授信額度總計不超過摺合人民幣55億元(包括人民幣55億元)(授信種類包括但不限於各類貸款、敞口銀票、保理、信用證、保函等),具體授信期限和融資金額將視公司生產經營對資金的需求來確定。具體貸款期限、利率和種類以簽訂的貸款合同為準。
上述總額摺合55億元人民幣融資額度申請事項擬提交股東大會審議通過後授權董事會在法律規定範圍內全權決定,有效期限自股東大會作出決議之日起一年內有效。
