《大行報告》瑞銀:友邦(01299.HK)藉收購東亞人壽 可藉東亞網絡拓展大灣區市場
瑞銀發表研究報告,指友邦保險(01299.HK)收購東亞人壽,並訂立十五年中港獨家分銷人壽協議,相信友邦可藉東亞網絡拓展大灣區市場,並有助友邦在疫情下重建本地業務增長,加快內地擴張策略,並增加其在大灣區的競爭優勢。
該行指,公司剩餘資本能輕易地負擔收購費用,預期對其償付能力無影響,作價相等於東亞人壽去年上半年市賬率2.2倍,估值合理,維持予友邦「買入」評級,目標價115元,相信友邦可以維持對主要市場的優勢,當中內地是重要增長點。
