《大行报告》瑞信降中石化冠德(00934.HK)评级至「中性」 目标价削至3.1元
瑞信发表报告表示,中石化冠德(00934.HK)去年核心纯利按年升17%至13亿元,主因期内录汇兑收益,全年度总派息20仙,相当於派息比率由对上财年的39%降至22%。
该行认为,去年度业绩令人失望,即使去年公司因出售管道业务而录得32亿元人民币的收益,但股东回报并没有得到改善。此外,公司尚未就处置所得款项的用途披露具体计划,相信会拖累近期股价。该行下调其今明两年每股盈测介乎0%至2%,将其评级由「跑赢大市」降至「中性」,目标价由5.7元下调至3.1元。
