格隆匯 3 月 24日丨 招金礦業(01818.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團收入約人民幣76.49億元，較去年增加約20.83%。母公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣10.52億元，較去年增加約119.53%。歸屬於母公司普通股股東應占每股基及攤薄盈利分別約為人民幣0.32元和人民幣0.32元(2019年分別為：人民幣0.15元和人民幣0.15元)，較去年分別增加約113.33%和113.33%。董事會建議向全體股東每股派送現金股息人民幣0.05元(未除税)(2019年：人民幣0.04元(未除税)。
2020年，面對疫情挑戰，公司以"大戰、大考、機遇"為統領，眾志成城，攻堅克難，實現疫情防控、復工復產各項工作有效推進。全公司累計完成黃金總產量35,615.93千克(約1,145,077.92盎司)，礦產黃金20,098.25千克(約646,173.37盎司)，其中自產金16,467.48千克(約529,441.37盎司)，逆勢增長5.61%。
公司持續加大探礦投入，不斷夯實資源家底，全年共完成地質探礦投資人民幣1.12億元，探礦新增金金屬量22.75噸，新增銅金屬量1,510噸。截至年度末，公司黃金資源量為1,196.37噸，可採儲量為479.95噸。
2020年，公司聚焦雙重點、破解重難點，持續攻堅克難。以瑞海礦業、草溝頭礦區等重點項目建設為龍頭驅動，年度累計完成基建技改投資人民幣7.89億元。豐寧金龍、招金白雲選廠擴能改造和工藝優化順利完成，實現達產達標；夏甸金礦提升運輸系統優化改造提前完成。
H股全流通順利推進，實現了"首家申報、率先獲批、年內上市"，為公司價值創造和價值實現提供有力保障。在科技創新領域，年度實施技術創新項目53項，完成投資人民幣0.54億元，申請專利109項、授權專利91項。蠶莊金礦細尾砂充填經驗推廣應用，開闢了無尾礦山建設新通道；大尹格莊金礦智慧礦山建設順利通過驗收。新增省、煙台市製造業創新中心和新型研發機構3家；新增2家高新技術企業，總數達到11家。
