騰邦控股(06880.HK)接獲法定要求償債書 遭要求償還1.95億元
騰邦控股(06880.HK)公布,公司於昨日(23日)收到一份由律師代表債權人發出之函件,聲稱該債權人根據第32章《公司(清盤及雜項條文)條例》向公司送達一份法定要求償債書,要求公司支付總額約1.95億元。
公司指,法定要求償債書要求公司於收到法定要求償債書之日後3周內償還債務,否則債權人可能對公司提出一項清盤呈請。公司現正就法定要求償債書下的指稱債務積極尋求法律意見,並將採取一切有效措施維護投資者及公司的利益。同時,公司將與債權人協商債務重組安排。
