格隆匯 3 月 24日丨中煤能源(01898.HK)公吿，2020年集團的收入為人民幣1409.61億元，較2019年增加人民幣116.26億元(即9.0%)。2020年公司股東應占利潤為人民幣53.51億元，較2019年減少人民幣8.48億元(即13.7%)。2020年公司每股基盈利為人民幣0.40元，較2019年減少人民幣0.07元。2020年息税折舊攤銷前盈利為人民幣250.76億元，較2019年增加人民幣2.13億元(即0.9%)。
董事會建議按照每股人民幣0.134元(含税)派發2020年年度末期股息，此項建議尚待於2020年度股東周年大會上由公司股東審議批准。
報吿期內，公司實現收入突破1,400億元，同比增加116億元，再創歷史新高，比2015年增加817億元，增長137.9%。税前利潤116.8億元，同比減少13.4億元，比2015年增加152.6億元。生產銷售活動創造現金淨流入237.1億元，同比增加15.6億元，比2015年增加164.3億元，增長225.7%。
資產總額超過2,800億元，公司股東應占權益超過1,000億元，與2015年末相比分別增加235億元、170億元。完成商品煤產量1.1億噸，同比增產817萬噸，比2015年增產1,454萬噸，增長15.3%。煤炭銷售量2.65億噸，同比增銷3,416萬噸，與2015年相比接近翻番。
"十三五"期間，煤炭產能結構進一步優化，累計退出落後產能3,090萬噸，釋放先進產能5,000餘萬噸，併成功收購年產400萬噸無煙煤的裏必煤礦，煤種更加豐富，供給質量不斷提升。煤電化一體化協同發展，陸續投運的現代煤化工裝置保持"安穩長滿優"運行，主要產品產量從328萬噸增至472萬噸，增長43.9%。
新增坑口電廠裝機262萬千瓦，電力業務2020年實現税前利潤超4億元，煤炭清潔高效利用成為新的業績增長點。煤礦裝備業務加快智能化建設，產值比2015年翻一番。金融業務深化精益管理和科技創新，資產規模由220億元增至403億元，税前利潤由3.8億元增至8.5億元，服務保障作用更加凸顯。
